How trauma recovery coaching works
What I do
Where You Are Now – Free 30-minute consultation
We will spend the first FREE session exploring your current situation and discussing ways I can help you. You can share what you need, and I can share what I provide, and we can see if we are a good fit.
Where You’ve Been
In the following sessions, we will unpack as much of your past trauma as you are comfortable. We will discuss how this trauma may be impacting your day-to-day life in your nervous system, emotionally states and thought process. We will also set recovery goals.
Where You’d Like to Go
During our session define measure goals and objective as part of your trauma recovery. We outline what we need to employ to get there in terms of practice and process.
